  • What are the delivery options?
    Fast FREE Next-Day Delivery* We know that when the job needs to get done, it needs to get done now. That’s why we offer Next Working Day delivery on all UK mainland orders, provided your order is placed before 1:30pm. *All orders over £60 are FREE.
  • What are your opening hours?

  • I received my parcel damaged!
    If goods are damaged in transit please do not accept delivery and sign as damaged. Damaged goods may be refused replacement and refund if goods are signed as ‘Received in good condition’.
  • Can you offer International Deliveries ?
    We can, and often do, send our goods internationally. However, the delivery options on the website are currently limited to the UK. Please contact us for the delivery costs to any other destination or give us a call 01904 479900
  • How do I track my order?
    Order Tracking On processing your order you will receive an email or a SMS with a tracking number which will enable you to keep an eye on your order.

  • How do I make payment?
    Secure Payment Our 100% safe & secure online order system means you can buy your floor finishes online with confidence! Pay using a debit or credit card, apple or google pay or paypal.
  • How do I return an item?
    Goods that are incorrect or not faulty can be returned but subjected to a £10.00 + VAT restocking charge per order. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and at the customer’s own expense and we will only accept incorrect or non-faulty items in their original packaging and where tins are unopened and seals intact. We are happy to replace, refund or credit items that have been damaged in transit or are obviously faulty. Please get in touch to discuss any problems or concerns. *Please note : If goods are damaged in transit please do not accept delivery and sign as damaged.
